Trailing edge

The trailing edge of a wing is the rear edge of the wing, where the airflow separated by the leading edge rejoins after passing over and under the top and bottom surfaces of the wing.[1]
Equipment that may be attached to the trailing edge of an aircraft's wing includes:
- flaps
- ailerons
- elevators
- rudder
- flaperons
- elevons
- servo tabs
- anti-servo tabs
- trim tabs
- anti-shock bodies
- static dischargers
